A good IT-Salesman will try to sell you a server.
Why?
Because there is a good profit margin in server-hardware, server-software is expensive and the customer is usually hooked to whoever has configured the server.
At MiT Ltd. we usually ask first what a server could deliver.
We will sell you a server, if you (and we) are convinced that you need one and can gain an advantage for your company by having one.
If not you’ll have to find another way to spend those 4 or 5 grand, because that is the average price for a server setup.
Or you can go with one of our low-cost server solutions where we design and build a server for your specific requirements and skip the bloat, that usually comes with the off-the-shelve boxes.
Talk to us about a server running LINUX or a NAS-Device (NetworkAttachedStorage) to find out if that can work for you.
