Most computers run some version of MS Windows. MS is frequently releasing security updates and/or patches to close loopholes which are discovered constantly.
These patches can require the download of very large files.
If you are not connecting via a fast broadband connection, you have not a hope to download large files (we are talking here about Service Packs of 320 megabytes...) within a reasonable timeframe to protect your PC.

Instead you can avail of our Offline-Update-Service. This works as follows:

• you decide you want to avail of this service and contact us
• we ask you for your configuration (e.g. Windows XP Home Edition SP1, MS Office SBE 2003)
• we create a customised CD or DVD for your configuration and deliver it to you
• you insert the disk and let the installation routine do its magic
• you will receive update disks once updates become available
